Personal reception of citizens by the management team of the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine is held at the following address: 23 Tarasa Shevchenka Boulevard, Kyiv, 01032.
Pre-registration for a personal reception with the Director and his deputies is carried out no later than two working days before the date of the personal reception: from Monday to Thursday - from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 16:00, on Friday - from 08:00 to 12:00, by calling the person responsible for organising personal reception of citizens at (044) 369-34-70 (Director's office reception).
When registering for a personal reception with the NAAU management team, a citizen shall indicate his/her full name, contact phone numbers and specify the specific content of the issue raised, as well as send copies of documents and other materials to substantiate his/her appeals to the e-mail address r.bilous@naau.org.ua.
