Memorandum of Understanding between NAAU and the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA) was signed

 On September 24, 2014 in Warsaw, Poland, it was signed the Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter – MoU) between NAAU and the Polish Centre for Accreditation (hereinafter – PCA).

Within the framework of the Memorandum during the meeting, representatives of NAAU and PCA have discussed the following issues:

- promoting the mutual recognition of accredited conformity assessment bodies (CABs) at the national level;

- carrying out works on joint accreditation of CABs;

- inclusion in the Register of accreditation personnel the specialists of national accreditation bodies.

- issues of the value of accreditation;

- mutual participation of representatives of the national accreditation bodies in training for personnel on accreditation;

- mutual participation of national accreditation bodies in the internal audits.

- mutual participation of national accreditation bodies in seminars, conferences and other public events;

- exchange of information on national legislation in the sphere of accreditation, technical regulation and structure of the national accreditation body;

- participation of accredited testing and calibration laboratories in the rounds of interlaboratory comparisons;

- mutual visits with the aim to exchange experiences in the field of accreditation.
